Spinach Artichoke Dip

How to cook Spinach Artichoke Dip:


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

1 clove garlic, peeled andminced

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and pepper to taste

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Add in artichoke hearts, spinach, and mozzarella cheese and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly

    Served this as an appetizer at Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! I reduced the garlic to about 1/2 a clove (used the jarred garlic)…with all the salt from the cheese I didn’t need to add any additional, but def. used more than 1/4 tsp of cracked black pepper!
